The Highland Hamper Company online customer service hours are between
9am and 5pm (AEST), Monday to Friday. We can be contacted by telephone

Ordering and Delivery
The Highland Hamper Company uses Australia Post and reputable courier
companies to deliver orders. Orders are fulfilled within 7 days of the
date the order is processed (payment taken). It may take up to 2
working days for an order to be processed from the time of placement.
Deliveries to WA, NT and TAS may take longer if there are unexpected
stock or delivery issues. The Highland Hamper Company online orders are
dispatched Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays. The
Highland Hamper Company always attempts to deliver to customers within
the stated delivery time frame but cannot take responsibility for
circumstances beyond their control that hinder or delay the order.
Delivery Terms
The Highland Hamper Company is not responsible for the gift delivery.
The Highland Hamper Company uses reputable contract couriers and
Australia Post. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe
delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or
damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.
The Highland Hamper Company only uses quality products. We also reserve
the right to substitute products that may be unavailable or out of
stock, but guarantee the replacement item will be to equal or greater
value than the original item.
All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time
of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors.
Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification to
The Highland Hamper Company.
Online Payment Methods
The Highland Hamper Company accepts payment via PAYPAL as well as, money orders, cheques or direct deposits.
Refunds and Returns
The Highland Hamper Company does not accept responsibility for a gift
once it has left our premises, however, if a gift arrives excessively
damaged or a product is faulty, the Highland Hamper Company will assess
the situation for replacement based on a case by case basis.
